It is intended that, as a result of the dialogues, presentations and conclusions of this workshop, an RCM declaration will be approved with a regional position on the follow-up to the Global Compact for Migration, which will be used for participating in the International Migration Review Forum (IMRF) in May of this year.

That the authorities of the Member Countries may learn about the different mechanisms and best practices that currently operate for the search and forensic identification of missing migrants and repatriation of the bodies, their origin and operation, their conformation and characteristics, interactions, exchanges, and information flows at the regional level.

Publicize different models of promotion of enterprises, including those of social and solidarity economy, as alternatives for the labor insertion of refugees and migrants as well as nationals in a situation of return in the host communities.

To establish the bases of the discussion so that from the exchange of experiences and good practices, the management of migratory flows in emergency contexts is strengthened, especially health emergencies, in such a way that a model based on cooperation and co-responsibility between countries can be developed.

To strengthen the management of migratory flows in the current context, the development and consolidation of a regional coordination model for emergency situations with three specific objectives is required:
