The objective is to strengthen, within the framework of the RCM, the inter-institutional approach to the nexus between human mobility and climate change in Mesoamerica, through regional dialogue, the generation of technical-political inputs, and the articulation of alliances that contribute to the formulation of common tools and guidelines for migration management based on human rights, incorporating lessons learned from experiences in the region.
